"This was going to be an emotional purchase for me due to personal circumstances. I had already fired two realtors, and one fired me. Taylor Keenan checked all of the boxes. His timely response, availability to me, professionalism, honesty, and frequent communication made an immediate impression on me. Then I realized that not only does he work with "people like me" who are buying smaller properties, but he also sells extremely valuable estates as well. I would never have known what property value range he works with because of the time he made for my personal questions, calls, and emails. I always felt like a VIP. I would never expect this from a realtor (nor did I ask), but I was living two hours away, and Taylor visited two separate properties on the phone. I wanted to narrow down a list that I was building for my upcoming visit. It was time-consuming for him to schedule the visits and walk me through the homes, even offering to measure anything needed. He also discussed pros and cons with me during his drive, hands-free, of course. His office assistant was unavailable during one of the weeks we were working together, and he really put in the hours to do administrative work, calls, editing, etc. I was impressed that no work was beneath him, and he had a great sense of humor about everything. He had a great business relationship with the seller's realtor. He stays in good standing with members of the community and would rather have a good name than a good sale. He does a pulse check with clients to make sure they are happy and feel good. He does not rush into anything, but keeps the clients informed. He does not give up on clients if they need a little more time. Another very fortunate trait for me is that Taylor likes to keep in touch with his clients in case they need resources within the community. He likes to get names for cleaning companies, even restaurants, for his clients to make the overall experience as painless as possible. It is doubtful you will find the caliber of realtor that I was fortunate to happen upon. I highly recommend Taylor and would use him again without a second of hesitation. I am a spiritual person, so I know why I found him and why he was part of my prayerful journey. He's the real deal.
